EARA Technologies utilized its DRIVE Methodology—Discover, Define, Review, Implement, Verify, and Evolve—to deliver a comprehensive solution for one of Canada’s first Trusted Digital Identity providers. The public sector, largely reliant on “at-the-counter” in-person interactions, faced constraints in accessibility and operational costs. Through the DRIVE Methodology, EARA identified and addressed three key challenges:
